Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Strange and Cozy Gear. We appreciate your purchase. Except for the reasons stated below, all sales are final. We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for misprinted/damaged/defective item – including items with faulty printing, tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered in unused condition with original tags and packaging. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Am I eligible for a return?

Except for the reasons stated below, all sales are final. Please make sure that you double-check your order before you submit it. We do not offer returns. We offer only exchanges on items due to the following conditions listed, We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for misprinted/damaged/defective item – including items with faulty printing, tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered in unused condition with original tags and packaging. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What products qualify for an exchange?

T-Shirts: Various styles including V-neck, crewneck, and polo. Outerwear: Hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, and windbreakers. Activewear: leggings, and swimwear. Formal Wear: Button-up shirts, skirts, and dresses.

What products do not qualify for an exchange?

Stickers. Accessories: Hats and socks. Footwear: Sneakers, sandals, and flip-flops. Gift cards and all Downloadable products

Can I exchange an item for a different style?

We do not offer exchanges on items due to change of heart on design, color, etc. We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for misprinted/damaged/defective item – including items with faulty printing, tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered in unused condition with original tags and packaging. *Note that some of the product images in our store may be increased in size for clarity. Also, please note that colors may look different on your actual product than what you see on your computer monitor or mobile phone screen. An item that appears to have a change in the actual design size or color is not considered a misprinted/damaged/defective item.

How long do I have to exchange a product?

You can exchange a product within 14 days of purchase, as long as it’s in unused condition with the original tags and packaging.

Exchange Process & Shipping

What is the exchange process?

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within 5-7 days after your item is received.

Who will cover the shipping costs for my return?

Please be aware that as a customer of Strange and Cozy Gear, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging any product, even in cases where the product is defective. This means that any expenses related to sending a product back to us, including postage and any other fees, will not be covered or reimbursed by Strange and Cozy Gear. We understand that this might be inconvenient, especially in cases of defective items, but this policy helps us maintain our commitment to offering quality products at affordable prices.
